Good
Great location. It's very nice to sit in the pool and look at the city from above. Great breakfast. There are many delicious Asian dishes, but there are also European ones.
I could not extend my stay at the hotel through the website; there was a ban on changing dates from the hotel 2 weeks before check-in. I wrote to the manager. They told me to change the dates on booking.com. Apparently, the managers themselves do not know under what conditions their hotel is booked on booking.com. And at the end of their letter they list awards for excellent service :). Of course, everything was resolved on the spot, but the sediment remained. The apartments are spacious, but somehow not thought out. For example, there was no outlet in any of the bathrooms!

The location. Walking distance to pavilion, bintang and Fahrenheit 88.
There was no one at the lobby to carry your bags to the room. The security guard told us to do it ourselves. There were renovations happening in some rooms that caused loud drilling sounds all day that increased at night. The staff is not polite. The room decor was garish with ugly curtains. The rooms were very small.

Location was Awesome just around the corner from Pavillon Shopping Centre & easy access to monorail
Queen Bed is a DOUBLE BED (heads up) & Toilet was blocked in main bathroom (maintenance came & fixed it but I had to clean up water all over floor. Breakfast was OK
